The ServiceNow Architect will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to optimize IT service management. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business processes and leading development teams.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- US citizenship with no dual citizenship
- 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including architecture and development
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience with ServiceNow module implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant programming languages
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred
