ServiceNow Architect

Derex Technologies Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, particularly ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, Service Portal, SecOps, and other related modules. The role involves technical guidance, research, and collaboration with the team and stakeholders. This is a long-term, on-site position.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience with 5-7 years of work experience in ServiceNow Administration, Implementation and Development
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal Configuration, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and other ServiceNow products
• Expert level knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, mid-server build, configuration & operations
• Experience in working with APIs, integrations with 3rd party systems, HTML 5, CSS 3, and JavaScript
• Experience with agile development methodologies and automated testing practices (ATF/Selenium)
• Experience with scoped applications
• Experience with complex administration/integrations
• ITIL & Relevant ServiceNow Certifications
