Requirements
- Extensive IT experience working within a large enterprise on implementation projects
- Proficient in configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules and integration with third-party applications
- Skilled in using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow API, and Integration Hub
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- CAD and Implementation certifications are preferred
