ServiceNow Architect

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will design scalable enterprise applications and develop technical solutions leveraging ServiceNow. This role involves comprehensive design, implementation, documentation, and collaboration with business stakeholders. You will manage upgrades, evangelize new releases, and ensure a high-quality user experience.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions
• 5+ years’ experience in an Enterprise environment with multiple integration points
• 5+ years’ experience in design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Excellent understanding of ITIL processes
• 5+ years’ experience with web technologies
• 5+ years’ experience with industry standard productivity tools (Excel, Visio etc.)
• Fluent verbal and written English skills
• Experience collaborating with virtual teams
• Experience using mainstream development methodologies e.g. waterfall and agile
