ServiceNow Architect

Our client, an award-winning federal integrator, is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of the Talent Experience Platform (TXP) within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) system. The role involves overseeing architectural decisions, leading teams, and collaborating with stakeholders. This is a fully remote position within a 4-year Federal Government contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with stakeholders collaboration and communication skills
• 5+ years of experience with NowCreate and other HR technologies (peopleSoft, Cornerstone OnDemand)
