ServiceNow Architect

Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow. Lead the overall architecture design and development of ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements

• Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum SEVEN (7) years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) and experience serving in an Architect role.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine, Service Portal, and Scoped Apps.
• Experience guiding senior level clients on ServiceNow strategy and architecture.
• Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Experience leading and mentoring junior ServiceNow team members.
• Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct trainings.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.
• Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands.
• Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.
