The Senior ServiceNow Architect is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions that span ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD modules.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform implementation projects
- Architect and implement domain separation
- Design and implement solutions across ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, Integrations, IRM, and HRSD modules
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and other enterprise applications
- Utilize NowLLM and/or OpenAI LLM integration to embed Generative AI capabilities into ServiceNow workflows
- Mentor junior architects, developers, and lead technical teams
- Support presales activities with technical expertise and solution demonstrations
