Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience with ServiceNow module implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant programming languages
- Servicenice Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred
