SDI Presence LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead strategy and execution, bridging the gap between business goals and technical solutions. The role involves technical governance, leadership, mentoring, and technical roadmap creation to optimize client technology environments. The architect will work with ServiceNow Developers and Business Analysts, reporting to the Delivery Executive or ITSM Manager.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Architects or higher certifications (e.g., CTA, CSA/CAD)
- Deep technical skills across ServiceNow modules
- Leadership in developer mentorship and workshop facilitation
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Domain and Integration expertise
Requirements Summary
4+ yrs College degree in CS/Eng., 5+ yrs ServiceNow dev exp. 5+ years ServiceNow experience & Architecture certs are needed. Technical skills in ServiceNow Modules are essential
