Requirements
- Completed study in business informatics, mathematics, economics, or a comparable vocational training
- Multiple years of practical project experience in the ServiceNow environment, especially in consulting and customer care
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and first experience in leading complex transformation projects
