We are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to assist with the migration from an existing help desk system to ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow modules.
- Proven experience with CMDB setup and data integration from external sources.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow core modules (Incident, Change, Knowledge, Catalog, etc.).
- Ability to produce clear, complete documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
