This ServiceNow Architect role will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to optimize IT service management. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business processes and providing technical leadership. Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience with ServiceNow module implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant programming languages
- Servicenice Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred
