ServiceNow Architect

Windward Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join their growing ITSM practice area. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow applications to support complex IT environments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, collaborative, and possess strong technical leadership skills, serving both internal and external clients. The position is for an individual contributing to scalable IT solutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrate hands-on experience with multiple implementations of the core suite of ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with designing and implementing multiple integrations to 3rd party systems.
• Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of the internal customers and senior management.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and Single Sign-On (SSO) Integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications
