ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL Service Management processes and experience with ServiceNow and its integrations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in ITIL Service Management processes and their implementation
• Multiple years of experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions and integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically, work independently, and collaborate with the team as needed
• Experience in supply chain management and ensuring service quality
• Experience with agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and applying best practices
• Good understanding of web-based, service-based, and enterprise-level architectures, as well as experience with system integration (ServiceNow and other)
• ServiceNow Architect or Developer certification is an asset
• Experience with ITIL processes is considered an asset
