RMC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to support the Enterprise Systems Department at NIWC Atlantic Service Centers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including integrations with third-party technologies and AWS cloud services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities
- Experience in designing and leading complex ServiceNow solutions
- Strong understanding of Navy business processes
- Familiarity with software design lifecycle methodologies
- Proven experience leading multifunctional teams and contractors
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document technical designs and integration principles clearly
- Experience with AWS cloud services and integrating them with ServiceNow is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
