ServiceNow Architect/Senior Developer

RMC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to support the Enterprise Systems Department at NIWC Atlantic Service Centers. This critical role involves co-leading the development and architectural design of ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with third-party technologies and AWS cloud services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities
• Experience in designing and leading complex ServiceNow solutions
• Strong understanding of Navy business processes
• Familiarity with software design lifecycle methodologies
• Proven experience leading multifunctional teams and contractors
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document technical designs and integration principles clearly
• Experience with AWS cloud services and integrating them with ServiceNow is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
