As a ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager, you will lead the design and configuration of a client's ServiceNow implementation architecture. You'll work with a service management team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and custom applications.
- 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
- Experience with Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out of the box config, custom apps, and development methods
