ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager

As a ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager, you will lead the design and configuration of a client's ServiceNow implementation architecture, develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions, and advise the team on hands-on design, development, and modification to extend capabilities offered by the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and custom applications.
• 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
• Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
• Experience in working with Government clients in the development of ServiceNow implementation strategies and roadmaps for optimal implementation leveraging best practices
• Experience with leading development teams providing guidance and mentorship for staff members while sharing experiences
