As a ServiceNow Architect, you'll lead the design and configuration of a client's ServiceNow implementation architecture, working with a service management team to develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions. You'll be a trusted advisor to DoD customers, using your software support skills for good.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and custom applications.
- 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications, including at least one within ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or HRSD and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
