The ServiceNow Solution Designer/Architect is a subject matter expert responsible for designing and specifying technical solutions in ServiceNow projects. The job involves working closely with the development team to implement and manage functionalities on the ServiceNow platforms of Sword's clients.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience implementing and customizing at least 2 major ServiceNow modules including: CSM, SPM, ITAM
- Deep experience with Portal, Workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications
