Design and specify technical solutions in ServiceNow projects, work closely with development team to implement and manage functionalities on the ServiceNow platforms of Sword's clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience implementing and customizing at least 2 major ServiceNow modules
- Deep experience with Portal, Workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications
Benefits
- ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications are required
- Any additional ServiceNow certification is a plus
