Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
• 5+ years of success in Information Technology and Information Systems, driving innovation and efficiency
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Required)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (Preferred)
• ITIL Certifications (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Productivity Suite
