We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow-based projects, specifically with Telecom modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications, acting as the primary point of contact, and providing solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow-based projects
- Telecom specific module experience (OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer)
- Certified CSA, CAD, CIS
- CTA and/or CMA a plus
