Bosch is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architecture Center of Excellence & Innovation (CoEI) Leader to define and drive the architectural strategy for their platform. The role involves guiding a skilled team, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs, and partnering with senior leaders. The position can be based in Warsaw or Łódź.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and administration
- 5+ years in an architectural leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing ServiceNow strategies
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
