We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect who can plan, design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow implementations in client-facing roles. The role requires deep knowledge and expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and a good understanding of CSM and HR.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow On-Premise implementations
- Ability to create customer-specific solutions using industry best practices
- Work experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Comprehensive knowledge of common integration solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to explain technical decisions to both business and technical partners
