We are seeking a ServiceNow IT Asset Management Specialist to join our IT Field Services team responsible for asset inventory. This role is responsible for maintaining ServiceNow's IT Asset Management module (ITAM) to ensure accurate tracking, lifecycle management, and optimization of IT assets across the organization.

Requirements

  • Configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management module (HAM).
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, licenses, contracts, consumables).
  • Develop and maintain asset management policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, procurement standards, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, procurement, and finance teams to align asset management with business needs.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into asset inventory, usage, and costs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize asset utilization and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on asset management processes.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices.
