This ServiceNow Associate Consultant role involves developing technical solutions for IT department and beyond using ServiceNow. The consultant is responsible for ITSM and other ServiceNow modules, following best development practices, and supporting other developers in system integrations. A strong focus on hands-on experience is expected.
Requirements
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop ITSM and other ServiceNow modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, ITOSM, ITOM).
- Follow best development practices.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (support or development).
- Create technical design documents and write unit test cases.
