DTCC is seeking a ServiceNow Associate Director Application Support Engineering to join their Engineering & Ops team. The role focuses on supporting ServiceNow platforms with ITSM and ITOM processes, including ITAM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, and event management. The ideal candidate will be a team leader responsible for managing a team and ensuring platform operational excellence.
Requirements
- Manage a team of Application support engineers (onshore/offshore)
- Lead all aspects of and help address production issues in a timely manner
- Responsible for service level availability of production and non-production environments
- Collaborate with engineering, product and extended IT teams
- Represent ServiceNow team to implement organization’s Disaster Recovery exercise

Requirements Summary
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 12+ years IT Management experience with IT Applications. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and REST APIs
