The role involves defining requirements, leading stakeholder workshops, and validating solutions to align with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules as a Business Analyst or Developer
- Knowledge of Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and CSDM processes
- Experience creating functional specifications, user stories, BRDs, and process documentation in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of ITIL processes
Requirements Summary
2+ years of ServiceNow ITOM experience as a Business Analyst. Knowledge of Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and CSDM is necessary. Experience with Agile/Scrum is required
