The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for leading ServiceNow projects, including interacting with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements, and collaborating with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance
- Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
