The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for leading ServiceNow projects, translating complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementation or similar technology implementation experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
