ServiceNow Business Analyst

The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for leading ServiceNow projects, translating business requirements into technical designs, and collaborating with development teams. The role requires experience with ServiceNow implementation, technical certifications, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance
• 5 years of ServiceNow implementation or similar technology implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities
