Requirements
- Very good understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
- Ability to connect user requirements to ServiceNow features and out-of-the-box capabilities
- Must be able to configure the platform and catalogs
- Hands-on experience building Dashboards, Reports, and Analytics
- Very good understanding of building experience on ServiceNow workspace
- Ability to convert customer requirements into Agile user stories
- Ability to work with engineering to come up with solutions
