The ServiceNow Business Analyst will elicit and validate requirements from business processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and design functional specifications for the Customer Care and Onboarding teams. They will also configure and customize ServiceNow CSM and/or IRM to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CSM and/or IRM
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and requirement management
