ServiceNow Business Analyst

ServiceNow is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for various ServiceNow modules. The role involves advocating for out-of-the-box solutions, challenging custom solutions, translating business requirements, and supporting testing, training, and change management activities. This is a remote position with opportunities for hybrid or office work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s Out-of-the-Box capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to critically assess technical proposals.
