ServiceNow Business Analyst

At Bank of America, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow business analyst to help implement ServiceNow's SecOps modules in a new instance. The job is responsible for capturing and refining business needs into actionable requirements for ServiceNow developers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience translating business needs into requirements for a ServiceNow implementation or major enhancement project
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including familiarity with at least 1 module
• Prior experience in an IT or Cybersecurity role
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
