The Digital Business Systems Analyst will be key member of the digital transformation team at Zones. The role involves gathering, documenting and communicating business requirements for the organization’s Service Now Center of Excellence. The analyst will work with stakeholders to design and build solutions that augment their operations and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a background supporting ServiceNow
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
- Knowledge of agile process and principles, interest and understanding of the value of data and insights
