ServiceNow Business Analyst

Corning is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow Platform. The role involves translating business needs into actionable requirements, supporting the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, and facilitating stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. The goal is to improve IT, Drive the future of innovation, and ensure the delivery of life-saving medicines.

Requirements

• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform implementation, administration, or development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Scrum Master Certified
• Experience working as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst (especially with ITSM/Enterprise platforms)
• 10% domestic travel
