ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job summary: Lead ServiceNow projects, translate business requirements into technical designs, and collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement ServiceNow applications. Job responsibilities include identifying and translating functional requirements, collaborating with development teams, and staying current with ServiceNow products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance
• Minimum of 4 years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
