As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will work directly with the product team and globally located stakeholders to gather information and synthesize findings into business requirements and design.

Requirements

4+ years experience with ServiceNow, ITSM and HRSD
4+ years experience as business analyst
experience with both agile and waterfall software delivery methods
fluent written and verbal English language skills
proven experience managing stakeholders
