Paralucent is a boutique technology project delivery and staffing company looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work with a tier 1 consulting firm. The analyst will gather information, synthesize findings, and provide updates on project processes and deliverables. The position is fully remote and can be a 12-month contract.

Requirements

4+ years experience with ServiceNow, ITSM and HRSD
4+ years experience as business analyst
experience with both agile and waterfall software delivery methods
fluent written and verbal English language skills
proven experience managing stakeholders
