We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. The business analyst will provide ITSM process support and recommend solutions to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio
- Experience with ServiceNow modules
- Knowledge of defect tracking processes and tools
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of business analysis experience working in a development environment
