NTT DATA is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst & Trainer to join its remote team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, and a desire to impact complex business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, minimally ITSM
  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar role, working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test scripts and training material for technology deployments
  • Not mandatory but helpful; experience in additional practice areas such as ITAM, ITBM, SPM, WSD, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, ITSM, Service Portal (UX Design), etc.
