ServiceNow Business Analyst with German is required to join EY GDS Poland's team supporting global enterprise clients. The role involves acting as a key liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring business needs are accurately captured and translated into functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow projects, strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
