Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience with ServiceNow implementations or improvement projects, with 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow consultancy experience.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification or a strong commitment to obtain it.
- In-depth functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Security Operations, CRM, CMDB).
