Requirements
- Bachelor/master degree in business, computer science or related field
- Three or more years of relevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in consulting external customers
- Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL
