We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Engagement Lead to manage and direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder relationships, ability to manage ROI, and experience in ServiceNow certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business engagement or liaison role, preferably within a ServiceNow environment.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and functionalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- 15+ years of total experience with at least 10 years in Business development / Service Management applications (e.g., ServiceNow) and 5 years in leading business teams
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
