ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - ITAM

NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - ITAM to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Senior Business Analysts. The successful candidate will facilitate executive level workshops, conduct workshops and implementations, and define customer needs and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a client-facing technical consultant
• Experience in ITAM programs and ServiceNow ITAM suite of products
• Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
• Strong interpersonal, organization, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to assess and mitigate risk
• Effective facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to lead a group of teams located across multiple time zones
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
