We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Owner to optimize and standardize existing and new processes within our ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve improved and streamlined processes in ServiceNow and integrated applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years experience working with the ServiceNow platform as a Business Analyst, Process Owner or equivalent role
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and their application within ServiceNow
