QTS is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Owner to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes within the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years experience working with the ServiceNow platform as a Business Analyst, Process Owner or equivalent role
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and their application within ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, develop process flows, and create functional specifications
